This is my new crazy idea. I realize I always have some money making scheme that revolves around me making stuff. But this one, I’m really feeling this one, maybe because there is little $$ involved, more an activity idea.

While on tour I wanted to send postcards to friends I missed but I never know what to say on postcards. I suppose I could say, “Hi, I just stopped at a gas station in Nebraska and everybody stared.” Or, “Hey I just stopped at a gas station in Georgia and everybody stared.”

No one really cares about writing on postcards, they just like the picture. And when I say everybody I mean me. I like pictures. So I just started to draw a picture of whoever I was writing and myself hanging out together.

Anyways, I am semi-broke. And I love charicatures. I am thinking “how can I turn this hobby of charicatures into some quick $$ to fund my garage saleing addiction?”

SO HERE IS MY IDEA, I send you a postcard I have picked up at some point in my life, with a drawing of you on the back. Now I can draw you and a buddy, or you and a pet, or you and me hanging out, or you playing baseball, or your friend whose birthday you forgot or something of that manner. I will spend a lot of time and energy thinking about and executing your personalized postcard.

I sent a few of these out, but of course I only have access to one, the one I sent to some dude. You can see the front of this postcard had a soda sat on top of it. The rest I am assuming are on mantles across the state of iowa.
